Ingredients:
Boogie Woogie style – Baby Backs seasoned to the hilt, oven roasted, then basted & grilled to a caramelized finish.
Rubbed style – We use a hearty St Louis cut hand rubbed with Blacken Blues seasoning, then slow roasted with oak & apple wood. No sauce required but is always a tasty option.
