Ingredients:

Choice Boston Butts seasoned with magic, slow roasted hand pulled and generously stacked on corn chips. We then smother in a shredded cheese blend and bake to perfection. Served with BBQ sauce or Salsa.

A compilation of Burnt Ends, Blacken bites, Southern cornbread and fried green tomatoes plus a mix of sauces to dip. Other delicious beginnings are available upon request.

Your choice of gator, chicken or beef. We use robust Cajon seasoning. Blacken to perfection and serve with a cilantro Aioli.

Ingredients:

A Limited delicacy from the pit. After brisket has been smoked for 14 hours the fatty end is removed and return to the pit for a few more hours. We then rest it , cut into bite size morsels and toss in sauce  and are then ready for your enjoyment.
